LEGAL

Terms & Conditions

Nominees must be located within the Brisbane, Gold Coast or Tweed regions. The giveaway is valid for residential properties only unless otherwise approved. Winner must be the legal resident, owner or have permission from the property owner/tenant.
Giveaway includes up to one full truck load (maximum 12.5m³) of general junk and rubbish removal. Giveaway does not include hazardous or regulated materials including but not limited to asbestos, chemicals, fuel, explosives, biological waste or other restricted items.
Giveaway includes up to 12.5m³ of general waste only. Additional waste or labour outside the included scope may incur additional charges if approved by the winner. Additional charges may also apply where excessive manual handling, difficult access, stair carry, dismantling, machinery hire or extended labour is required outside the original agreed scope.
Property access must be safe and suitable for truck and labour access. Bin Chicken Junk & Rubbish Removal reserves the right to refuse or stop work if the site is deemed unsafe, inaccessible or hazardous.
Giveaway is subject to availability and scheduling. Giveaway work will be scheduled based on operational availability and weather conditions. Bin Chicken Junk & Rubbish Removal reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway at any time if required.
Photos and videos may be taken for documentation and promotional purposes only with the winner’s consent. Winner may be asked for permission before any photos or videos are shared publicly.
While all reasonable care will be taken, Bin Chicken Junk & Rubbish Removal will not be liable for pre-existing property damage, concealed structural issues or damage resulting from unsafe conditions outside of our control.
Entries must be genuine and submitted in good faith. By entering, participants agree Bin Chicken Junk & Rubbish Removal may contact them regarding the nomination. Bin Chicken Junk & Rubbish Removal reserves the right to verify nominations and determine eligibility at its discretion. Entries close 31 August 2026.
